This new addition to our furniture line, complements the DURASAFE beds and the DURAMAX wall mounted shelf units. The SAFDESK mounts permanently to a wall at any convenient height. To each side of the writing surface there is a sloping wedge that prevents anything from being looped over the desk, the underside curves away from the user to provide additional knee space.
The SAFSTOOL, with its elongated shape, is designed to be attached to one wall and the floor, its sides are fully enclosed with rounded edges, which precludes the possibility of hanging from it or wrapping something around it for the same purpose.
These pieces are sold separately, each is molded in one piece, have a textured surface and a perimeter flange for anchoring. Fire retardant and fasteners are available options.
